Plein Air Painting Workshops
I find so much joy in helping people discover their inner artist. My plein air painting workshop is for creative people of all levels and there is no experience required. During my watercolor classes we will go over some basic watercolor painting techniques and explore painting different scenes in nature. As a group we will take some time being still and observing our surroundings, feelings, and presence in the space. Our goal is to create beautiful artwork that captures the moment while exploring this question: How does being still and shifting perspectives change your perception of the scene and your connection to it over time?

Zine Making Workshop
Zines are small self published works of literary and artistic genius! They are rooted in a history of rebellion, giving a voice to the voiceless and helping folks spread their message to their communities. My workshop helps people get fired up about the causes they are passionate about. Things like social justice, conservation, LGBTQ+ rights etc. Using mixed media we create one page zines and small booklets that can be easily reproduced for distribution. The workshop is easy going and a ton of fun!
